It’s a high-level confirmation that we’re still aligned on priorities, scope, and expectations. No deep dives. No re-discovery. Just a quick touchpoint to make sure everything is on track.

During this meeting, we’ll discuss

• Confirm we’re aligned on what matters most to you

• Make sure nothing has changed since we last spoke

• Clear up any final questions before we finalize the quote

By the end of the call, we’ll either confirm everything is aligned and lock in the quote, or identify any adjustments needed before moving forward. Quick, clear and transparent.
